“You've really outdone yourselves this time!”
Always: The Alert Pad
In parts of the Middle East and Africa, 44% of women have never visited a gynecologist. How can we change this?
Insight
Talking about women's health is challenging in the Middle East, leading to a significant awareness gap. According to statistics, 44% of women have never seen a gynecologist, and only 22% do so during pregnancy. There is a pressing need for women to have a private and accessible way to monitor their health.
Idea
Unbalanced pH levels are often the first indicator of various health issues, ranging from infections to sexually transmitted diseases. To address this, we have designed a sanitary pad with a built-in pH test strip, enabling women to check their vaginal health privately. The pad's packaging strip, which is usually discarded, now includes instructions for the pH test, turning potential waste into a valuable guide.

Your health starts with 'the thing.'
The Slogan: "Your health starts with 'the thing.'
The term "thing" serves as a culturally sensitive and colloquial way to refer to feminine health topics—whether it's periods, pads, or the vagina—without explicitly naming them. This approach makes the discussion more approachable and less taboo. By using a common word like "thing," we can effectively communicate our message in a way that resonates with women while respecting cultural sensitivities.
This phrase underscores the vital role of feminine health in overall well-being, encouraging women to prioritize and care for this crucial aspect of their health in a respectful and accessible manner.
